Hey, I'm Jess. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2018.
I have helped many Women & Men create happier and healthier lifestyles for themselves which has given them the confidence to do everyday things they once were afraid to do. I have helped them level up in the gym, get confident and strong all whilst creating a healthier diet that they LOVE because they are still enjoying their favourite foods on the daily. I am the biggest believer in a balanced diet and I help you create a lifestyle that is free from any restrictions!
